The terrorist attacks took place at F.I.A building, Manawan Police Tainting Center and Elite Police Training Center on 15-10-2009. The District Emergency Control Room received 1^st call of terrorist attack at 0940 hours at F.I.A building. The Control Room immediately dispatched emergency ambulance that reached the incident site in 2 minutes. After 15-16 minutes the District Emergency Control Room received other calls of terrorist attack at Manawan Police Tainting Center & Elite Police Training Center at 0955 hours and 0956 hours respectively. The Control Room immediately dispatched more emergency ambulances towards incidents cites that reached the incident sites in 14-15 minutes and rescued the injured persons in spite of the fact that firing was going on.

F.I.A BUILDING ATTACK  A call was received on 0940 hours about firing at F.I.A Building . Our 1^st vehicle responded the incident site in 2 minutes. Later on our whole disaster team reached the site. Total number of victim was 7 that all were dead, 2 were F.I.A official, 4 civilian (among them 2 were applicant for recruitment) and 1 dead person was unknown (likely terrorist). Our 8 vehicles responded the site including 5 Ambulances, 1 Rescue Vehicle, 1 Fire Vehicle and Arial Platform.
