The Rescue Challenge has been organized with the purpose to encourage emergency
services from all over the country to enhance their professional standards and competencies
to meet new emergency challenges with increasing number of traffic collisions, mushroom
growth of high-rise buildings, risk of chemical and hazardous material incidents,
increasing number of terrorist activities and above all unsafe and risky living
practices of the community.
